Accessibility Statement

313.events aims to be usable by as many people as possible, including people using assistive technology. This is an ongoing effort, not a claim of full or certified compliance.

What we've built in

• Real, semantic interactive elements (buttons and links) throughout the site, rather than non-interactive elements made to look clickable.
• Descriptive alt text on meaningful images, with decorative images marked so screen readers skip them.
• Visible keyboard focus indicators on interactive elements.
• Reduced-motion handling for visitors whose system is set to minimize animation.
• Labeled form fields on the event-submission form.

Known limitations

313.events is a small, actively-developed product. We haven't completed a full, formal accessibility audit against a specific standard (such as WCAG 2.1 AA), and some areas of the site may not yet meet every best practice. We're working on this incrementally rather than all at once.
