How to report content on 313.events that you believe infringes your copyright.
Reporting infringing material
313.events respects intellectual property rights and responds to clear, good-faith notices of alleged copyright infringement. If you believe material on 313.events infringes a copyright you own or control, send a written notice to the contact below that includes:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- Identification of the specific material you claim is infringing, and enough information to let us locate it (e.g., the page URL on 313.events).
- Your contact information — name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
We'll review valid notices and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the material in question.
Counter-notice
If you believe material you submitted was removed in error or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same contact, including your identification of the material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the U.S., any judicial district in which 313.events may be found).
Designated contact for copyright notices
No telephone number is listed for this purpose at this time.
Note on DMCA safe-harbor status: Sentient Productions LLC has not yet registered a designated agent with the U.S. Copyright Office. That registration (a separate step at copyright.gov) is required to actually rely on the DMCA's safe-harbor protections, and is a planned follow-up, not something this page claims has already happened.
