313.events aggregates and curates event information from organizers, venues, public sources, user submissions, and other third parties. Event details can and do change after a listing is published. 313.events does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any listing, including but not limited to: event dates and times, pricing, ticket availability or inventory, cancellation or postponement status, accessibility information, venue conditions, or whether a particular performer will actually appear.
Always confirm important details directly with the event's organizer, venue, or official ticket seller — especially before traveling or making a purchase. 313.events is generally not the event's organizer, venue, performer, promoter, or ticket seller, unless a listing explicitly states otherwise.
Listings link out to third-party websites — organizer pages, venue sites, and ticketing platforms — that 313.events does not control and is not responsible for. Once you leave 313.events, that third party's own terms and privacy practices apply, not ours.
Some outbound ticket links are affiliate links. 313.events participates in Ticketmaster's affiliate program: when a listing's ticket link goes to Ticketmaster, that link is routed through an affiliate tracking redirect, and 313.events may earn a commission if you complete a purchase through it. This never changes the price you pay. Listings sourced from any other connector on the site do not currently carry affiliate tracking of this kind.
Third-party event, artist, venue, organizer, promoter, ticketing-company, and other names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on 313.events does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation, or partnership unless explicitly stated. This applies throughout the site — including in event listings, editorial coverage, and the data-sources list.
The 313.events name, logo, site design, original editorial content (including "On the Radar" coverage), and the compiled database of event listings are the property of Sentient Productions LLC or its licensors, except for material that belongs to the third parties who submitted or are described in it.
